I need a revive fell through floor when i went inside my house and died ive been dead for a little minute i did a report earlier

Sadly i do not have a clip of it happening because i was told to stop using medal and tried to switch from medal to amd and i couldnt get it to work but do you think you can check the log around 22 Gmt because i made a ticket because i also got kicked while waiting for someone to accept my ticket but if i fly back it ill be infront of the door of my house. i hope i can just receive a revive whenever an admin can. i made multiple reports but didnt get any admin help
