Need an forum account deleted.

My first forum account was glitched when i had signed in with discord (Cant Sign in at all to it now). But prior to creating this new one I disassociated my discord from my old forum account
But now on this current one its says that my discord is still being used on the old one
the Forum name is WhoFetty with the attached photo as the pfp I cant find profile link just need it deleted
